George Mason University‘s, University Business Consulting (UBC) is a management consulting practice located in the Division of Business Services. UBC was created to assist Mason schools, business units, and leadership in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for bold innovation, planned and structured growth, and increased effectiveness and efficiency, all in pursuit of the University’s overarching strategic goals. The Consultant supports projects and programs (or sub-projects/programs) that directly support the goals of George Mason University and the UBC Office. Projects will include, but may not be limited to, business and strategic planning, business process redesign and implementation, policy redesign, implementing new initiatives, and/or conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis on business functions at the University.
