Client Success Lead

The Client Success Lead is a new role at Standish working with other team members to lead the
onboarding of new and existing clients. In conjunction with the Client Success Manager, the Client Success
Lead is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the client onboarding process, which
includes preparation of client and engagement team deliverable templates, developing financial reporting
and capital account statements, and responding to client communications.

Essential Functions:
• Supervision of gathering and organizing client data for onboarding
• Develop a thorough understanding of the client’s Fund structure and reporting (ie. blockers,
splitters, AIVs)
• Review of CRM investor information templates
• Preparation and/or review of quarterly financial reporting workbooks, capital activity
reconciliations, LP communication documents, and other client deliverables
• Assisting the systems team with onboarding client investor information in software systems
• Review of client LPAs to prepare waterfall calculations and footnotes as needed
• Review client workspace set up with Standish’s project management system
• Some local travel to Client sites as needed
• Collaborate with the Client Success Manager to develop and implement best practices for
Onboarding Team
