The Financial Analyst will independently plan and carry out assignments or projects and select the approaches and methods to be used in solving problems; serve as a member of any team, project/team leader to assist in developing appropriate solutions to complex issues and problem identified by either remote monitoring or information provided by the Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC); assess compliance, financial soundness, solvency and programmatic aspects of the program including but not limited to financial reporting, internal controls, use of funds, and program utilization.
