Cloudbank is a startup founded in 2020 to develop software to digitally originate, underwrite and securitize SBA and other business loans using advanced technology. As a result of the recent COVID-19 crisis, they have suspended their product development and pivoted to a consulting model in order to rapidly address the crisis facing small businesses. They are offering the following services to small businesses: · Data room preparation and liaison · Business plan preparation · Mini commercial due diligence · Financial model and 2020 forecast · Zero-baseline budget and 13 week cash flow forecast · Disaster assistance availability search and matching · Assistance with vendor and customer negotiations As the situation evolves, they may expand our service offering to include other services. These roles will all be remote. They will match you with one, or several, small businesses based on your availability, skillset, and other preferences. Remote work, 20-40 hrs per week, depending on availability.
