Structured Recruiting Overview

Structured Recruiting refers to the series of campus recruiting events, organized by the MAC Career Services office, between our top public accounting/corporate employer partners. Employers hiring MAC students through this process are looking to hire students for entry-level tax or audit positions, as this is the typical hiring structure for entry into public accounting firms. In addition to these, there are also opportunities in entry level corporate accounting and rotational programs through this process. All of these recruiting events occur in Chapel Hill, NC and take place over the summer into the month of September. Both campus and online MAC students are welcome to participate in the Structured Recruiting process.
